Carly has worked in the care sector since 2003, gaining extensive experience across a variety of roles within domiciliary care, residential care and support work.
Carly re-joined Tamworth Home Care in 2024, having previously worked for the company as a Care Supervisor. She brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and dedication to her role and is passionate about supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
Carly is currently working towards her NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, further developing her knowledge and professional skills.
Outside of work, Carly enjoys spending quality time with her family, going on holiday and making the most of her free time by trying new things and creating new experiences.

Joshua Ellis

Joshua began his career in the care sector in 2015 and has gained extensive experience across a variety of care settings, including the NHS, residential care and support work.Throughout his career, Joshua has completed a wide range of specialist training and was previously a qualified trainer in Moving and Handling, Medication Administration and First Aid. He brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and practical understanding to Tamworth Home Care. Joshua is passionate about maintaining high standards of care and supporting both service users and care staff. He has also completed a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, further developing his leadership and management skills.
Outside of work, Joshua enjoys spending time with friends and making the most of his free time. He enjoys going on hikes and walks, as well as travelling and exploring new countries and experiencing different places and cultures.
