MEET THE TEAM

Jacqueline has over 20 years experience in the health care sector. She founded the company in 2013. Jackie has a level 3 qualification in health and social care and qualified in the level 5 leadership and management course. Jackie was also a medication trainer.

Thomas joined the company in 2018 and has obtained various roles since. From care Assistant, to Senior Care Assistant. Thomas then became our HR officer before being promoted to Registered Manager. Thomas has achieved a level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Adult Care and is now completing a level 7 qualification in Senior Leadership.

Joshua joined the company in 2016 and has undergone plenty of specialist training. He is also a qualified trainer in Moving and handling, as well as medication administration. Joshua brings all his knowledge and experience to the company from previously working in the NHS. Joshua is currently working towards his Level 5 in leadership and managment.

Emily joined the company in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the coordinator role as well as the care sector as a whole. Her career in care began in 2013 and since then she has carried out the role of Care Trainer and has completed a level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.

Kerry re-joined the company in 2024. She previously worked for the company for many years, as a care assistant and then care coordinator.

Pauline has 11 years experience in the care sector. Pauline's main responsibility is to ensure all service users are taking the correct medication within a correct time frame.

Michelle re-joined the company in 2022. Having worked in the care industry for 7 years, she brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Vitalyia rejoined the company in 2024. Vitalyia is known as the singing carer, Vitalyia has a huge background of preforming arts and uses this as a way of therapy to those within her care. Vitaliya has previous experience as a supervisor.

Lindsey has worked in care for 6years. Lindsey is also a qualified trainer. Previously Lindsey was a qualified Lifeguard.

Sharron re-joined the team in 2024, Sharron has worked in care for 8 years. Sharron was previously a qualified trainer in moving and handling and medication administration.

Chelsea has worked in care for 5 years.

Charlotte re-joined the team in 2024. She has worked in care for 9 years.
Charlotte is currently doing her NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management.

Amy joined the Team in 2024, she has worked in care for 4 years. 
Amy also has a degree in sports and exercise.

Rebecca has worked in the care sector for 13 years. Rebecca re-joined Tamworth Home Care in 2023. Rebecca specializes in Mental Health and Trauma Recovery. Rebecca also runs our weekly staff wellbeing group.
