Our Qualified Team of Experts
Tamworth Home Care Limited employs over 100 members of staff. Each of these are from different backgrounds and creates a diverse workforce. We employ men and women, of varying ages, ranging from 18 to 75.
Jacqueline has over 20 years experience in the health care sector. She founded the company in 2013 and is the owner and registered manager. Jackie has obtained a level 3 qualification in health and social care and has since qualified in the level 5 leadership and management course.
Thomas joined the company in 2018 and has obtained various roles since. From care Assistant, to Senior Care Assistant. Thomas then became our HR officer before being promoted to Registered Manager. Thomas has lots of experience in the the Learning Disabilities and Autism field and has achieved a level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.
Emily joined the company in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the coordinator role as well as the care sector as a whole. Her career in care began in 2013 and since then she has carried out the role of Care Trainer and has completed a level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.
Sinead re-joined the company in 2022. Sinead previously worked for the company for many years, as a senior, and then a field supervisor.
Joshua joined the company in 2016 and has undergone plenty of specialist training. He is also a qualified trainer in Moving and handling, as well as medication administration. Joshua brings all his knowledge and experience to the company from previously working in the NHS.
Claire joined the company in 2020 and quickly progressed to a senior care assistant. Since, Claire has completed a train the trainer qualification and has been a Care Coordinator. Claire was recently made one of our supervisors.
Marie first joined the company in 2016 as a care assistant. She has over 15 years experience in the care sector, having previously been a Care Coordinator. Marie has recently been promoted to Training Coordinator and has gained all the relevant qualifications needed for the role.
Amanda joined the company in 2015 as our Customer Liaison Officer. She has over 20 years in the health and social care sector, previously working for Social Services.
