Jacqueline has over 20 years experience in the health care sector. She founded the company in 2013. Jackie has a level 3 qualification in health and social care and qualified in the level 5 leadership and management course. Jackie was also a medication trainer.

Claire started early 2020 as a bank care assistant, Claire has since progressed to different roles in the company. Before Care work Claire has experience in business management.

Joshua joined the company in 2016 and has undergone plenty of specialist training. He is also a qualified trainer in Moving and handling, as well as medication administration. Joshua brings all his knowledge and experience to the company from previously working in the NHS. Joshua is currently working towards his Level 5 in leadership and managment.

Emily joined the company in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the coordinator role as well as the care sector as a whole. Her career in care began in 2013 and since then she has carried out the role of Care Trainer and has completed a level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.

Ellie re-joined the company in 2024. She previously worked for the company for as a care assistant. Ellie has many years experience in the care sector.

Kerry re-joined the company early 2024. Kerry had previously worked for the company for many years as a care assistant and a care coordinator.

Rebecca has worked in the care sector for 13 years. Rebecca re-joined Tamworth Home Care in 2023. Rebecca specializes in Mental Health and Trauma Recovery. Rebecca also runs our weekly staff wellbeing group.

Pauline has 11 years experience in the care sector. Pauline's main responsibility is to ensure all service users are taking the correct medication within a correct time frame.

Lindsey has worked in care for 6years. Lindsey is also a qualified trainer. Previously Lindsey was a qualified Lifeguard.

Sinead first started the company in 2014 as a care assistant. Sinead has a lot of experience in the care sector from being a support worker, Residential care and domiciliary care.

Lorraine joined the company in 2024. Lorraine has 40 years experience with working in the care sector Lorraine worked her way from a carer into management roles. Lorraine has 23 years experience in management and 6+ years in consultancy.

Amy joined the Team in 2024, she has worked in the  care sector for 4 years. Amy also has a degree in sports and exercise.

Melanie re-joined the company in 2024. Melanie started her care career in 2016. Melanie has done a variety of job roles within the company.

Vitalyia re-joined the company in 2024. Vitalyia is known as the singing carer, Vitalyia has a huge background of preforming arts and uses this as a way of therapy to those within her care. Vitaliya has previous experience as a care supervisor.
