Staff Wellbeing

‘The Self Care Club’ will be run weekly every Thursday between 10:30am & 14:30pm.


The drop in sessions aim to promote positive mental health and well-being, provide problem-solving strategies, coping mechanisms and ensure a happy life for us whilst at work. Whether it be personal life or professional, it all matters. We need a happy version of you all and want to do all we can to work together in achieving this. During the sessions I will provide activities including art therapies, information and work along side you all individually. We spend 75% of our time at work. Let’s make it happy. We can focus weekly on  different topics or we can focus on individuals, I will gage inputs and ideas when I get to speak to you all.


Refreshments will be provided and of course I promise to make you all laugh at least once.


This is completely voluntary to attend so there is no pressure💙
