Our Qualified Team of Experts
Tamworth Home Care Limited employs over 100 members of staff. Each of these are from different backgrounds and creates a diverse workforce. We employ men and women, of varying ages, ranging from 18 to 75.
Director
Jacqueline Ellis
Jacqueline has over 20 years experience in the health care sector. She founded the company in 2013. Jackie has a level 3 qualification in health and social care and qualified in the level 5 leadership and management course. Jackie was also a medication trainer.
Registered Manager
Thomas Vaughan
Thomas joined the company in 2018 and has obtained various roles since. From care Assistant, to Senior Care Assistant. Thomas then became our HR officer before being promoted to Registered Manager. Thomas has achieved a level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Adult Care and is now completing a level 7 qualification in Senior Leadership.
HR Coordinator
Joshua Ellis
Joshua joined the company in 2016 and has undergone plenty of specialist training. He is also a qualified trainer in Moving and handling, as well as medication administration. Joshua brings all his knowledge and experience to the company from previously working in the NHS. Joshua is currently working towards his Level 5 in leadership and managment.
Assistant Manager
Claire Sweet
Claire joined the company in 2020 and quickly progressed to a senior care assistant. Since, Claire has completed a train the trainer qualification and has been a Care Coordinator. Claire was recently made one of our supervisors.
Care Coordinator
Emily Roe
Emily joined the company in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the coordinator role as well as the care sector as a whole. Her career in care began in 2013 and since then she has carried out the role of Care Trainer and has completed a level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.
